Simple, Easy, Straightforward Translations
Pura Vida Languages offers an incredibly easy, simple process for acquiring accurate translations of your documents whether you're located locally in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, or anywhere in the world. If possible, all original documents should be delivered in Microsoft Word format. If you're unable to provide a copy of your document in Microsoft Word format, don't hesitate to get in touch to work out an alternate plan. Translations are delivered in Microsoft Word format, and payments are due upon delivery.

Clients local to Guanacaste, Costa Rica
While local clients are absolutely free to correspond using email, they also have the option of dropping off hard or soft copies in person. They can pick up the the completed translation in person as well, or they can opt to receive it via email. Turnaround will be determined before any work begins, and will be based on the size and complexity of the document. National and International Clients
For national and international clients, all correspondence will take place via email and Skype VOIP telephone calls. Original documents to be translated must be sent via email, after which the turnaround time will be determined. An invoice will be emailed for the full cost of the translation.
The translated document will be delivered via email in Microsoft Word format unless a different format is agreed upon. Invoices must be paid in full before the translated materials will be delivered. Contact Pura Vida Languages for a quote!
